Oral Examination

You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Soumitree Gupta, candidate for the Ph.D. degree.
Gupta's co-zdvisors are Professors Susan Edmunds and Chandra Talpade Mohanty. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Roger Hallas, Gayatri Gopinath and Carol Fadda-Conrey. Professor Jackie Cuevas will serve as chair of the defense.
The title of the candidate's dissertation is: "Coming Home: Mobile Women, Non-Linear Temporality, South Asian Diasporic Texts."
