A Journey Through Music of The African Diaspora: Akuma Roots
(Concerts / Performances)

The concert is part of our highly anticipated music series, "A Journey through Music of the African Diaspora" (JMAD).

Akuma Roots is a Syracuse-based reggae group that creates upbeat, body-moving music with socially conscious themes. Hailing from Jamaica, Ghana, and Syracuse, the members of Akuma Roots use a diverse set of music influences to create energetic, soulful rhythms.

This event is open to the public, and donations are welcome to support our 40th anniversary year programming.
