The Syracuse University Wind Ensemble and Symphony Band will present a joint concert. The Symphony Band performs under the direction of Justin J. Mertz, assistant director of bands at SU and a faculty member in the College of Visual and Performing Arts' Setnor School of Music. The band will perform works by Giroux, Wagner, McBeth, von Suppe and Whitacre.

The Wind Ensemble performs under the direction of Bradley P. Ethington, director of bands at SU and a faculty member in the Setnor School, and Mertz. The ensemble will perform works by Gounod, Holst, Ticheli and Sparke.
