Oral Examination

You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Chung Wan Woo, candidate for the Ph.D. degree.
Woo's advisor is Professor Steven Taylor. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Douglas Biklen, Beth Ferri, Eunjoo Jung and James Rolling. Professor Owen Shapiro will serve as chair of the defense.
The title of the candidate's dissertation is: "SEEING ANOTHER/SEEING ONESELF: NONDISABLED AUDIENCES' PERSPECTIVES ON DISABILITY IN TWO SOUTH KOREAN FILMS, OASIS (2002) AND MALATON (2005)."
