Theogene Rudasingwa, the former Ambassador of Rwanda to the US, will speak on"Reflections on Conflict in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo."

Rudasingwa is a medical doctor and diplomat who has served in senior leadership positions in Rwanda. His experience spans work with government, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, academia, and business. He is currently president and founder of Haadali.org, a social enterprise whose mission is to promote the health, livelihoods and wellness of women and children in Africa. He is also the coordinator of Rwanda National Congress (RNC), which promotes peaceful and democratic change in Rwanda, and a co-founder of the Institute of Peace and Democracy in Africa (IDPA), a Washington DC-based think tank.
