ORAL EXAMINATION

You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Joel Brown, candidate for the Ph.D. degree.
Brown's advisor is Professor Frederick Beiser. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Andre Gallois, Hille Paakkunainen, Kris McDaniel and Andrew Janiak. Professor Ahmed Abdel-Meguid will serve as chair of the defense.
The title of the candidate's dissertation is: "KANT, DERIVATIVE INFLUENCE, AND THE METAPHYSICS OF CAUSALITY."
