Third annual South Side Photo Walk
(Conferences/Workshops)

The day's event will open with a photo lesson taught by staff photographer for the Syracuse Post-Standard Mike Greenlar, who will give pointers and provide guidance throughout the walk. Learn more about Greenlar at http://www.mikegreenlar.com/.

Following a short lesson, participants can take their time on the walk or stay with the group, but should return to the center by at least 2 p.m. to begin uploading photos.
The walk will take photographers down South Salina Street, through neighborhoods to Kirk Park and back to the center. Following the walk, photographers will share their photos, and the day's best shots will be published in the September print issue of The Stand. Water will be provided, but if attendees want lunch, they will need to purchase on their own.

Interested participants must RSVP or request to borrow a camera by contacting Ashley Kang at 315-882-1054 or emailing ashley@mysouthsidestand.com. For more information on The Stand, visit www.mysouthsidestand.com.
