Oral Examination

You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Alma Lowry, candidate for the Ph.D. degree.
Lowry's advisor is Professor Rosemary O'Leary. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Elizabeth Cohen, Kishi Animashaun Ducre, Tina Nabatchi, and Sarah Pralle. Professor John Western will serve as chair of the defense.
The title of the candidate's dissertation is: "Achieving Justice through Public Participation: Measuring the Effectiveness of New York State's Enhanced Public Participation Policy for Environmental Justice Communities."
