The Department of Earth Sciences presents the fall 2012 K. Douglas Nelson Lecture Series, this week featuring Dr. Ellen Thomas from Yale University. "Ammonites and Benthic Foraminifera: Do Varying Rates of Ocean Acidification Decouple Planktic and Benthic Oceanic Extinctions?" The lecture will be on Thursday, September 27 at 4:00 pm in room 113 Heroy Geology Lab. Anyone wishing to meet with Dr. Thomas can contact host Professor Zunli Lu.
